About me

After working with many different people and problems, I understand that life can be challenging and painful but there is always hope for change and fulfilment. My goal is to help you gain clarity about yourself. You may then be in a better position to develop your own way forward.

As well as working privately, I have had several years clinical experience as an Honorary Adult Psychotherapist at St. Bernard’s Hospital (West London NHS Trust) and as a Placement Counsellor at Riverside Counselling Services in Henley-on-Thames. Previously, I volunteered in a charity supporting families with young children as well as befriending patients in residential care suffering with depression and suicidal thoughts.

I adhere to the BPC Code of Ethics and my work is governed through qualified supervision.
